DISC Consultation

In one of my previous blogs I talked about how Executive Coaching is one of my favorite services that we provide for clients. Today I want to talk about DISC. The reason I like DISC is because it gives a snapshot into the conscious and subconscious of the person. It’s helps us learn about out Clients in a quick fashion. Moreover, it helps the clients know more about themselves through a simple testing process.

My favorite time in the consulting process is right when we hand out the completed profiles to individuals. it’s always worth observing them because they seem to be surprised at how accurate the profile testing is. No simple test and tell you one hundred percent about yourself but I feel that DISC profiles always struck me as very accurate and very direct at the same time.


One of my favorite aspects of the DISK assessment that we provide is that we use a three graphs system. Graph 1: tells you how you see yourself, everyone knows the value of a good and honest picture of oneself. Graph 2: tells you how you think other people see, this is meaningful because many times we make decisions based on what we perceive as others opinions of us. Graph 3: is one of my favorites, it is the one that tells about your demeanor is a stress situation. This is useful because if someone is constantly living in a state of stress, then focus, decision making and leadership tend to be reduced.

When it comes to our clients and their teams DISC Assessment works both for the individual and for the teams. Knowing how you react is great for planning your day and how you liver, knowing your teams profiles help you and your team build relationship that can contour to each other. This is
